With over three decades of collective experience in the hospitality industry, we launched a ‘delivery only’ kitchen during the pandemic of 2020, building our team with chefs who’d been laid off during the pandemic.
 

Mufaddal Dahodwala

After studying hospitality management from IHM Ahmedabad, Mufaddal was inducted as a management trainee by Oberoi Hotels. Mufaddal has worked with Oberoi hotels in Mumbai, Bangalore, New Delhi & Jaipur and, also at the Hyatt Regency Mumbai and Kurumba Maldives.

Abbas Lokhandwalla

Armed with an education in hospitality management from Ecole Les Roches, Switzerland, Abbas has worked with brands like Radisson SAS, Jumeirah International, Hyatt Hotels, Mars Hospitality Group & Mirah Hospitality. His last stint has been as the national key accounts manager at Compass Group, an institutional food services provider.
